CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS, DISTRICT PROJECT 8208
At the November 18, 2010 Board meeting, staff reported that the contractor was
32 calendar days behind schedule, and that the contractor's schedule update for
October was under review. The completed analysis indicates that as of
October 31 work is 30 calendar days behind schedule, with 272 days
remaining. The contractor's work continues to progress steadily with current
activities focused on completing the building frame, erecting the exterior walls,
and managing the site conditions during the wet weather season.
Staff will keep the Board of Directors updated on the construction progress.
