Special Land Use Task Force Meeting regarding BCDC Bay
Plan amendments that would have significant land, use impacts
around the Bay. In Contra Costa the cities of Richmond,
Hercules, Martinez, Pittsburg and Antioch would be especially
impacted. The problem is that there is very little public
awareness of this process.
