Reclamation Feedback = Reclamation will review the policy and consider when PH&S reductions would be applied. Reclamation : must retain discretion. s April 25, 2024 Special Board Meeting Agenda Packet- Page 29 of 110 4 Page 6 of 7 Water Supply Considerations Issue #2 — Historical Use New recycled water supplies have the potential to reduce a contractor's future use of CVP supplies, thus reducing Historical Use and availability/allocations of CVP supplies. Reclamation Feedback Reclamation believes the Project could be managed in a way as to not impact Historical Use. 6k ` F 9 Water Supply Considerations ` Issue #3 — Water Supply Yield Yield study estimated that the water supply benefit of the Project would be approximately 50% of the recycled water produced. Reclamation Feedback Reclamation agreed with findings; further discussions to explore maximizing beneficial use. 10 April 25, 2024 Special Board Meeting Agenda Packet- Page 30 of 110 5 Page 7 of 7 A; Next Steps p Water supply considerations will be evaluated with Reclamation as part of CCWD's Future Water Supply Study, which will be conducted over the next 18 months.
