•Redesigned MAC to exemplify the
beauty of our service area
•Approximately 400-500 covers replaced
•CSO replaced covers in high-visibility/
walkability areas each year
•Reused existing covers to replace
damaged covers in low-visibility areas
•Helped customers connect with Central
San, leading to positive feedback and
engagement
