Past reports intended to monitor variances with bids, change orders, and check authority levels and help provide status of projects. Today, everything is in Oracle. This includes change orders and information in the past reports. Oracle has robust controls and authority levels adopted by Central San. Discussion Topics for Reporting Staff can report on the project level with contracts and agreements. Finance is working on the ability to report for the agreement level. Staff recommends reporting at a high level for the Committee and Board to include total project budgeting and schedules. Reports can be by program such as the Sewer Renovation Program and for major projects to include budgets ( contractor, consultant, or staff), change orders, schedule, and highlights Input by Committee welcomed.
