SUBJECT: RECEIVE ANNUAL RECYCLED WATER PROGRAM UPDATE
Staff submitted the calendar year 2022 Recycled Water Quality and Distribution Annual Report to the
Regional Board in April 2023. Staff will present that information and some program updates from calendar
year 2023 in the attached presentation.

Reportable leaks are unauthorized recycled water releases >50,000 gallons or>1,000 gallons that reach

In 2022,there were no reportable leaks
In 2023, staff responded to 3 reportable leaks (Utility Water System near the Laboratory,CarMax in
Pleasant Hill, and Sequoia Middle School in Pleasant Hill) and 1 non-reportable mainline leak near DVC
