BAILEY, GENERAL MANAGER SUBJECT: APPROVE PROPOSED BOARD CALENDAR FOR 2024 Attached is the draft Board Calendar for 2024. Please note the following highlights: January: Due to the holidays, there will only be one meeting, January 18. February: The second Board Meeting in February will be held on the fourth Thursday (February 22) to avoid conflict with the NACWA conference. March 28: Financial Planning Workshop (1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.) April 23: Self Evaluation Workshop (1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.) April 25: Board Meeting (2:30 p.m.)— Public hearing to discuss Sewer Service Charges (SSC). June 6: Board Meeting (2:30 p.m.)— Public hearings to: • Adopt District Budget • Adopt ordinances establishing Environmental and Development Related Fees and Charges, and Capacity Fees and Charges (4 votes required) July: The July meetings will be held on the second and fourth Thursday's (July 11 and July 25) due to the holiday. July 25: The Special Board Meeting (2:30 p.m.)—Authorize placing SSC on tax roll (4 votes required). August: There will only be one Regular meeting in August (August 15) due to the CASA Conference.
