The Board has completed Ms. Young's performance evaluation and a salary adjustment is warranted. It is proposed that, effective August 18, 2023, Ms. Young's annual salary be increased a total of eight and three quarters percent (8.75%), which reflects a three and three quarters percent (3.75%) for a cost of living adjustment and a five percent (5.0%) adjustment based on her performance. This would increase her salary from $175,005 to $190,318. All other provisions of the employment contract, as amended, would remain unchanged. The proposed amendment is provided as Attachment 1.
