The 2023 review identified that a new rate class for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) was appropriate based the volumes of wastewater generated by parcels with ADUs. The 2023 review also resulted in adjustments to rates for multi -family residential and non-residential user groups based on the wastewater flows and strengths received from each user group and Central San's actual costs.
