Business day turnaround is a conservative calculation since manually tracking of initial submittal to approval dates does not accurately account for the time awaiting on applicant's response to plan check comments or submittal revisions or District holidays 2. Commercial, Mixed -Use and larger Multi -Family Residential often require review by additional Sections (Environmental Compliance for pretreatment requirements, Financial Planning for fee assessments, and Inspection for constructability or phasing) 3.
