Closed-circuit televised (CCTV'd) 102 miles of sewers. Completed 43 spot repairs and 103 structure adjustments. Received and cleared over 31,590 USA requests on time. Ly Comleted 1,005 services on vehicles and a ui ment. De artmentof`vTransportation (DOT) regulated services were completed on schedule,100%ofthetime. Uptime for vehicles was 100%.. �A 1 Conducted survey of 100% of all customers' emergency calls. 169 Customer Surveys were sent to ratepayers. 51 surveys were submitted for a return rate of 28%. Average Customer Service rating was 3.97 out of 4.0. Received a rating of 4.0 for I I months of the year.
