entire Board of Directors.

Cleaned 780 miles of scheduled and routine sewers. 17,844 work orders
were completed on schedule, 99% of the time.
Closed-circuit televised (CCTV'd) 102 miles of sewers.
Completed 43 spot repairs and 103 structure adjustments.
Received and cleared over 31,590 USA requests on time.

Conducted survey of 100% of all customers'
emergency calls.
169 Customer Surveys were sent to ratepayers. 51
surveys were submitted for a return rate of 28%.
Average Customer Service rating was 3.97 out of 4.0.
Received a rating of 4.0 for I I months of the year.
Average response time was 35.5 minutes.
