HUMAN RESOURCES
1) Central San Welcomes New Human Resources Analyst Kimberley Walker
On January 5, 2022, Kimberley Walker joined Central San as its newest Human
Resources Analyst. Kimberley has over eight years of experience in Human Resources
and payroll processing. She is well versed in interpreting Memorandums of
Understanding and various human resource related federal, state, and local rules and
regulations. In addition to payroll, her previous experience includes management of
various benefit programs, including medical, dental, and life insurance.
Kimberley was most recently employed by the Mount Diablo Unified School District where
she served as the Payroll Manager and was responsible for managing the payroll process
for over 3,000 employees. Kimberley brings a wealth of public sector experience and
knowledge as she also previously held positions in both payroll and accounting with the
cities of Walnut Creek and Hercules. She is currently finishing up her bachelor's degree in
Business Administration at Cal State East Bay and resides locally in Concord.
We look forward to her contributions as the District continues working with the new Oracle
payroll system, and enhancing Central San's payroll, benefit administration and other
human resources processes.
