Kimberley has over eight years of experience in Human Resources and payroll processing. She is well versed in interpreting Memorandums of Understanding and various human resource related federal, state, and local rules and regulations. In addition to payroll, her previous experience includes management of various benefit programs, including medical, dental, and life insurance. Kimberley was most recently employed by the Mount Diablo Unified School District where she served as the Payroll Manager and was responsible for managing the payroll process for over 3,000 employees. Kimberley brings a wealth of public sector experience and knowledge as she also previously held positions in both payroll and accounting with the cities of Walnut Creek and Hercules. She is currently finishing up her bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Cal State East Bay and resides locally in Concord. We look forward to her contributions as the District continues working with the new Oracle payroll system, and enhancing Central San's payroll, benefit administration and other human resources processes. 2) Update on Personnel Actions — Fourth Quarter 2021 Attachment 2 provides the Human Resources report covering personnel actions for October 1 through December 31, 2021 . Additionally, the Board requested an announcement when construction projects have been accepted, which occurs when the Notice of Completion is recorded with the County Recorder's Office. The Board also requested notification of certain legal claim settlements.
