KEY DATES
• 1/14/22 Employees notified four employees had tested
positive for COVID-19. HR conducted contact tracing. This was
the District's 51st, 52nd, 53rd and 54th confirmed COVID cases.
• 1/14/22 Employee email reminder on COVID protocols/
quarantine and testing requirements.
• 1/18/22 Email to employees offering on-site voluntary testing
options due to the recent Omicron surge.
• 1/18/22 Employees notified two employees had tested

District's 55th, 56th confirmed COVID cases.

• 1/19/22 Employees notified two employees had tested positive for
COVID-19. No exposure occurred, so contact tracing was not required.
This was the District's 57th and 58th confirmed COVID cases.
• 1/20/22 Employees notified six employees had tested positive for
COVID-19. HR conducted contact tracing. This was the District's 59th,
60th, 61st, 62nd, 63rd, and 64th confirmed COVID cases.
• 1/21/22 Employees notified one employee had tested positive for
COVID-19. No exposure occurred, so contact tracing was not required.
.This was the District's 65th confirmed COVID case.

COVID-19. HR conducted contact tracing. This was the District's 66th,
67th, 68th, 69th, and 70th confirmed COVID cases.
• 1/26/22 Employees notified three employees had tested positive
for COVID-19. HR conducted contact tracing. This was the District's
71st, 72nd, and 73rd confirmed COVID cases.
