No exposure occurred, so contact tracing was not required. This was the District's 27th confirmed COVID case. • 12/16/21 Employees notified an employee had tested positive for COVID-19. HR conducted contact tracing. This was the District's 28th confirmed COVID case. • 12/27/21 Employees notified an employee had tested positive for COVID-19. No exposure occurred, so contact tracing was not equired. No exposure occurred, so contact tracing was not required. This was the District's 30th and 31st confirmed COVID cases. • 1/3/22 Employees notified three employees had tested positive for COVID-19. This was the District's 32nd, 33rd and 34th confirmed COVID cases. • 1/3/22 Email to employees offering on-site voluntary testing options due to the recent Omicron surge. 3 ' 3 KEY DATES • 1/4/22 Employees notified two employees had tested positive for COVID-19. No exposure occurred, so contact tracing was not required. This was the District's 35th and 36th confirmed COVID cases. •1/5/22 Employees notified an employee had tested positive for COVID-19. No exposure occurred, so contact tracing was not required. This was the District's 45th confirmed COVID case. • 1/11/22 [3:17 PM] Employees notified three employees had tested positive for COVID-19. HR conducted contact tracing.
