KEY DATES
• 12/15/21 Employees notified an employee had tested positive for
COVID-19. No exposure occurred, so contact tracing was not
required. This was the District's 27th confirmed COVID case.
• 12/16/21 Employees notified an employee had tested positive for
COVID-19. HR conducted contact tracing. This was the District's 28th
confirmed COVID case.
• 12/27/21 Employees notified an employee had tested positive for
COVID-19. No exposure occurred, so contact tracing was not
equired. This was the District's 29th confirmed COVID case.

• 12/29/21 Employees notified two employees had tested positive
for COVID-19. No exposure occurred, so contact tracing was not
required. This was the District's 30th and 31st confirmed COVID cases.
• 1/3/22 Employees notified three employees had tested positive for
COVID-19. No exposure occurred, so contact tracing was not required.
This was the District's 32nd, 33rd and 34th confirmed COVID cases.
• 1/3/22 Email to employees offering on-site voluntary testing
options due to the recent Omicron surge.

• 1/4/22 Employees notified two employees had tested positive for
COVID-19. No exposure occurred, so contact tracing was not required.
This was the District's 35th and 36th confirmed COVID cases.
•1/5/22 Employees notified an employee had tested positive for
COVID-19. No exposure occurred, so contact tracing was not required.
This was the District's 37th confirmed COVID case.
• 1/6/22 Employees notified an employee had tested positive for
COVID-19. HR conducted contact tracing. This was the District's 38th
confirmed COVID case.

operations, encouraging teleworking when able, and safety
reminders due to the recent Omicron surge.
• 1/7/21 Employees notified two employees had tested positive for
COVID-19. HR conducted contact tracing. This was the District's 39th
and 40th confirmed COVID cases.
• 1/10/22 [12:00 PM] Employees notified three employees had
tested positive for COVID-19. HR conducted contact tracing. This
was the District's 41st, 42nd and 43rd confirmed COVID cases.

positive for COVID-19. No exposure occurred, so contact tracing
was not required. This was the District's 44th confirmed COVID case.
• 1/11/22 [11 :55 AM] Employees notified an employee had tested
positive for COVID-19. No exposure occurred, so contact tracing
was not required. This was the District's 45th confirmed COVID case.
• 1/11/22 [3:17 PM] Employees notified three employees had
tested positive for COVID-19. HR conducted contact tracing. This

assistance offerings.
• 1/12/22 Employees notified an employee had tested positive for

This was the District's 49th confirmed COVID case.
