detailing the District's vaccine mandate.
• 11/6/21 Employees notified an employee had tested
positive for COVID-19. HR conducted contact tracing. This
was the District's 21st confirmed COVID case.
11/8/21 [10:11am] Employees notified an employee had
tested positive for COVID-19. HR conducted contact
tracing. This was the District's 22nd confirmed COVID case.

tested positive for COVID-19. HR conducted contact
tracing. This was the District's 23rd confirmed COVID case.
• 11/10/21 [8:34am] Employees notified an employee had
tested positive for COVID-19. HR conducted contact
tracing. This was the District's 24th confirmed COVID case.

• 11/10/21 [1 :22pm] Employees notified two employees
had tested positive for COVID-19. HR conducted contact
tracing. This was the District's 25th and 26th confirmed
COVID cases. With over three cases at CSO in less than a
14-day period it is deemed an "outbreak" by OSHA at that
facility requiring increased testing regardless of vaccination
status and other safety protocols.

eligibility for boosters for those 18 years of age or
older — "if it's been 6 months since you received
Pfizer/Moderna OR 2 months since Johnson & Johnson,
you can get a shot. It's that simple."
