• 8/12/21 Email to employees on new quarantine and
testing protocols for COVID-19 possible exposures.
• 8/13/21 Employees notified an employee had tested
positive for COVID-19. HR conducted contact tracing. This
was the District's 15th confirmed COVID case.
• 8/23/21 Employees notified an employee had tested
kvpositive for COVID-19. HR conducted contact tracing. This
was the District's 16th confirmed COVID case.

This was the District's 17th confirmed COVID case.
• 8/27/21 Employees notified an employee had tested
positive for COVID-19. HR conducted contact tracing.
This was the District's 18th confirmed COVID case.
• 9/13/21 Employees notified an employee had tested
positive for COVID-19. No contact tracing required. This
as the District's 19th confirmed COVID case.

• 9/29/21 Email to employees on availability and process
for Pfizer vaccine boosters.
• 10/8/21 Email reminder to employees to avoid using the
front entrance to maintain social distancing and lower
density in the lobby.
• 10/14/21 Employees notified an employee had tested
positive for COVID-19. No contact tracing required. This
was the District's 20th confirmed COVID case.

KEY DATES
•11/1/21 Contra Costa County will lift masking
requirements in certain indoor settings where everyone
is fully vaccinated. Eligible settings include controlled
spaces not open to the general public, such as offices, gyms
and fitness centers, indoor college classes, and organized
gatherings, such as a religious gathering. Participating
businesses must verify that all patrons, employees and
attendees, are fully vaccinated before allowing people inside
their facilities. There can be no more than 100 persons
present at these facilities.
