This interactive form allows customers to submit their compliance with State recycled water requirements every quarter. • Self-monitoring report questions were modeled from examples and input staff obtained from other California agencies serving recycled water. The compliance requirements are not new, and the questions asked on the form are similar to questions asked and observations made in person inspections performed by CSO. • Central San's website was updated with the new reporting requirements including a link to the new reporting form. 6 CENTRALSAN 3 September 13, 2021 REEP Committee Meeting Agenda Packet- Page 32 of 43 Page 5 of 7 SELF-MONITORING QUARTERLY REPORT FORM Quarter 2:April 1,2021-June 30"20Z 1 nr,a.wr a.mm«..wn mrc•vr M«..P.n.•.w'.min e.._.a wr m-m.. 1-ppo the r,rr• s.-itmenwmhewuon el metered site: w<.ue.a.w•e.rr.nrrm•r..mo<.a.r 29id yo.r ol•se recycled water, unolt from the site?
