BAILEY, GENERAL MANAGER SUBJECT: APPROVE EXPENDITURES INCURRED JUNE 14, 2021 THROUGH JULY8, 2021 As part of Central San's response to the COVI D-19 pandemic, the occurrence of check runs was temporarily reduced to every other week to implement social distancing and reduce potential exposure resulting from physical deliveries of checks to the Contra Costa County Treasurer's Office for counter signature. Commencing July 1, 2021, check runs returned to a weekly cycle. This packet contains a listing of all payments issued by Central San that have been reviewed and recommended for Board approval by the Finance Committee spanning the timeframe June 14, 2021, through July 8th, 2021 as listed in the attached check register(Attachment 1). This packet also includes a P-Card Expense Summary Report (Attachment 2)which provides additional information on procurement card expenditures which is not available in the system-generated check register. During this timeframe, a total of $81,007,222.17 in payments were made between the District's Running Expense, Sewer Construction, Self-I nsurance and Payroll funds maintained by the Contra Costa County Treasurer's Office.
