A resolution of the Board of Directors (Board) is required to accept of f ers of dedications of sanitary sewer
easements as depicted on subdivision maps to convey real property interest to Central S an and to
authorize recording of said documents.
B AC K G RO UND
D eveloper and property owner Coral Homes, L L C , a C alif ornia L imited L iability Company (Applicant),
constructed a public sanitary sewer within a sanitary sewer easement in C ity of Walnut Creek with J ob
6683. To provide the necessary land rights to the public sanitary sewer, the Applicant of f ered Central S an
sanitary sewer easements on a subdivision map that was f iled with Contra Costa County R ecorder.
As the public sanitary sewer was constructed and accepted per Central S an’s standards, staff
recommends the Board accepts this sanitary sewer easement offer.

T he B oard could decline to accept the offer of dedication of sanitary sewer easements. T his alternative is
not recommended as Central S an would not have recorded land rights to reconstruct, maintain or operate
the public sanitary sewers that are owned by C entral San.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CENTRAL CONTRA COSTA SANITARY DISTRICT
ACCEPTING A MAP DEDICATION AS DEPICTED ON
MINOR SUBDIVISION MAP MS 802-17
FOR SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
AS RELATED TO JOB 6683 IN WALNUT CREEK
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary
District (Central San) as follows:
THAT Central San hereby accepts the sanitary sewer easement offer from Coral
Homes, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company as stated in minor subdivision map,
which is more specifically referred to as “Parcel Map, Minor Subdivision MS 802-17 for
Condominium Purposes, and map was filed on September 12, 2019 in Book 215 of
Parcel Maps at page 25 as Document Series 2019-0150074”; and
THAT staff is authorized to record this resolution with the Contra Costa County
Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of August, 2021 by the Board of Directors of
