B AC K G RO UND D eveloper and property owner Coral Homes, L L C , a C alif ornia L imited L iability Company (Applicant), constructed a public sanitary sewer within a sanitary sewer easement in C ity of Walnut Creek with J ob 6683. To provide the necessary land rights to the public sanitary sewer, the Applicant of f ered Central S an sanitary sewer easements on a subdivision map that was f iled with Contra Costa County R ecorder. As the public sanitary sewer was constructed and accepted per Central S an’s standards, staff recommends the Board accepts this sanitary sewer easement offer. T his alternative is not recommended as Central S an would not have recorded land rights to reconstruct, maintain or operate the public sanitary sewers that are owned by C entral San. F I NANC IAL I M PAC T S None; as the property owner paid the f ees to process and record this acceptance.
