S ince C entral San has a memorandum of understanding in place with D C C and since they had previously proceeded the f urthest with the development of their S W R F Project, Central S an has considered D C C its S W R F Demonstration P roject. S ince these types of projects have not been widely adopted, by starting with a single demonstration project, C entral San can evaluate any impacts f rom such a project and determine if it would be appropriate to allow additional S W R F projects within C entral San's service area. A summary of C entral San's past ef f orts to work with D C C to develop a S W R F Project is included in the attached presentation. A representative from D C C will attend the J une 14, 2021, Real Estate, E nvironmental & P lanning Committee meeting to share the status of their efforts and f uture plans for the project.
