INFORM ATION FOR THE PUBLIC
ADDRESSING THE COM M ITTEE ON AN ITEM ON THE AGENDA
Anyone wishing to address the Committee on an item listed on the agenda will be heard when the Committee Chair calls
for comments from the audience. The Chair may specify the number of minutes each person will be permitted to speak
based on the number of persons wishing to speak and the time available. After the public has commented, the item is
closed to further public comment and brought to the Committee for discussion. There is no further comment permitted
from the audience unless invited by the Committee.
ADDRESSING THE COM M ITTEE ON AN ITEM NOT ON THE AGENDA
In accordance with state law, the Committee is prohibited from discussing matters not calendared on the agenda. You
may address the Committee on any matters not listed on the agenda, and which are within its jurisdiction, under PUBLIC
COM M ENTS. Matters brought up which are not on the agenda may be referred to staff for action or calendared on a
future agenda.
AGENDA REPORTS
Supporting materials on Committee agenda items are available for public review at the Reception Desk, 5019 Imhoff
Place, Martinez. Not every agenda item is accompanied by written supporting material. Reports and information relating
to agenda items distributed within 72 hours of the meeting to a majority of the Committee are also available for public
inspection at the Reception Desk. During the meeting, information and supporting materials are available in the
Conference Room.

•T his meeting is being held in accordance with the Brown Act as currently in ef f ect
under the State Emergency S ervices Act, the Governor's E mergency D eclaration
related to C O V I D -19, and the Governor ’s Executive Order N-29-20 issued on
March 17, 2020 that allows attendance by B oard Members, District staff, and the
public to participate and conduct the meeting by teleconf erence,
videoconf erence, or both.
M embers of the public wishing to provide public comment for items on this
C entral S an Committee meeting agenda may do as follows:
1. T elephone: You may record your comments at (925) 229-7303 no later
than one hour prior to the meeting.
2. Email: I f you wish to make a comment before or during the meeting, please
email your comment to sod@centralsan.org and identify the agenda item
you wish to address.
All comments will be read into the record. If you have any questions related to

comments on declaring D istrict-owned properties commonly known as “L agiss,”
“County Quarry,” and the “Triangle” as currently unneeded for D istrict purposes, and
authorizing the General Manager or his designee to execute and administer lease
agreements for the properties with terms not to exceed ten years

b.R eview draf t P osition P aper to adopt R esolution No. 2021- accepting a grant of
easement f rom Mount D iablo Unified S chool D istrict for recycled water purposes;
adopt Resolution No. 2021- accepting irrevocable of f ers of dedications f rom
C ontra C osta C ounty and City of P leasant Hill, authorizing execution of quitclaim
deed to Pleasant Hill R ecreation and Park D istrict for sanitary sewer purposes; and
authorizing staff to record the documents with the C ontra C osta C ounty Clerk-
R ecorder
