adopting two new Board policies (Board Compensation, Benefits, and Expense
Reimbursement) (Board Liaisons and Representatives), and (2) amending BP 013 —
Standing Committees, Protocols, Guidelines and Charters.
Board Appointments: Consider developing a policy on how Board appointments March 16,2021
are made (President, Pro Tem, Committees and liaisons/representatives)
Frequency of BP Review: Consider extending the standard biennial review of March 16,2021
