BP 037-GM Authority: Discuss authority limits for contracts for goods and services March 2021
under Board Policy No. BP 037 — Delegation of Authority to General Manager
Board Compensation Policy: Consider adopting new Board Compensation Policy April 2021
Board Compensation (Annual Review): Set public hearing to conduct annual April 2021
review of Board compensation and benefits
Pensionability: Open session item to receive information on Internal Revenue Code April/May 2021
IRC limits that apply for pension contributions and pension benefits

Pension Contribution Scenarios: Review employee pension contributions under various scenarios (to

Buffer Properties: Review proposed draft policy on guidelines related to District buffer properties,
including buffer property leases
Board Appointments: Consider developing a policy on how Board appointments are made (President,

IT Security Policy: Consider adopting a policy on training related to IT security
Frequency of BP Review: Consider extending the standard biennial review of Board policies
OPDs: Facilitate discussion from a policy perspective on:
Possible changes to the District Code regarding backflow devices in light of California Supreme Court
ruling in City of Oroville v. Superior Court; and
AB 5/Gig Workers: Report on AB5 and its potential impact on Central San job descriptions
Legal Services: As part of RFP process for District Counsel services, consider coordinating with labor
and employment-related legal services to maximize value
CCCERA: Receive information on CCCERA's pooled trust and how it may be utilized under various
circumstances
