Recently revised definition of "close contact" by the CDC. 2. Codified requirements of recently passed legislation that details new notice and reporting requirements when an employee tests positive for COVID-19. 3. Re-evaluated and updated the symptoms that the District utilizes Lgto determine when employees are required to quarantine and et mandatorily tested. 3 ' WORKING UNDER SHELTER Response • 11/21/20 Governor issues limited stay at home order requiring all non-essential work and activities stop between 10PM and 5AM in counties in the Widespread purple tier. • 11/30/20 Staff is reviewing the new Cal/OSHA Regulations to Mitigate COVID-19 Exposure that went into effect on 11/30/2020. • 11/30/20 Employees notified an employee had tested positive for COVD-19.
