CENTRAL CONTRA COSTA SANITARY DISTRICT
October 14, 2020
TO: HONORABLE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
FROM: NATIONAL DEMOGRAPHICS CORPORATION
REVIEWED BY: KENTON L. ALM, ESQ., DISTRICT COUNSEL
ROGER S. BAILEY, GENERAL MANAGER
SUBJECT: HOLD PUBLIC HEARING TO RECEIVE INPUT FROM THE COMMUNITY
REGARDING DRAFT BOUNDARY MAPS AND COMPOSITION OF
DIVISIONS TO BE ESTABLISHED FOR DIVISION-BASED ELECTIONS
PURSUANT TO ELECTIONS CODE SECTION 10010
Attached is the presentation to be given by Central San's demographer at the meeting.
Since the last public hearing, the demographer has developed five draft maps, all of which are attached.
Each file consists of two pages -the first is the map, the second is the demographic profile of the
proposed election divisions.
Also, an interactive review map is available on Central San's website at:
centralsan.org/pod/proposed-maps.
This map allows residents to review the draft maps in detail (including being able to zoom in, zoom out,
change to a satellite view base map, and search for a specific address); however, this review map does
not enable anyone to draw or change a map.
ATTACHMENTS:
