San Juan USD includes four Community Planning Advisory Councils established by Sacramento County, as well as small parts of Cordova, Antelope and North Highlands CPAC. Arden-Arcade includes the only areas in San Juan that are also "disadvantaged communities" under the California Environmental Screen (SB 535). 5 a 50 California combines socio-economic metrics to calculate which block groups with be "hard to count" in the census. These neighborhoods are often less visible to local government as well.
