Board Meeting of July 2, 2020

BOARD MEETING DATE CHANGE
1) Board Meeting Scheduled for July 23, 2020 Has Changed to July 16, 2020
Previously, the second Board meeting in July was scheduled for July 23, 2020 at 1:30
p.m. That meeting has been rescheduled for one week earlier, July 16, at 1:30 p.m. Two
public hearings will be heard on July 16 to respectively:
• Consider adopting updated Standard Specifications, and
• Consider placing annual Sewer Service Charges, Capacity Fee Charges, certain
assessments and charges for other fee installment payment programs for Fiscal
Year 2020-21 on the Contra Costa County tax roll for collection.
Notices for the above hearings were published in accordance with legal requirements.
Notice of the date change also have been added to the District's website in several
places.
