Plant/Maintenance Operations close to full onsite. • 5/19/20 County Costa County relaxes shelter-in-place order. It now allows for retails stores to open for curbside pickup with safety protocols. • 5/19/20 Email to employees on Contra Costa County relaxing some health order restrictions. WORKING UNDER SHELTER Response • 5/29/20 General Manager email to employees which provides update on employee return to office update . Including returning in phases with all appropriate safety measures in place. • 6/3/20 Contra Costa County Health Officer allows reopening of businesses including indoor retail shopping , business offices, outdoor museums, pet grooming , and car washes, and childcare for up to 12 children . Small outdoor social gatherings are also permitted . WORKING UNDER SHELTER Response • 6/3/20 District COVID-1 9 Exposure Response Plan completed and employees notified . The Plan is a living document that may be updated frequently to comply with any federal , state, or local regulatory changes and/or to ensure safe and prudent practices specifically for Central San . Employees must review plan . Safety will conduct several Q&A sessions with employees about the Plan . • 6/15/20 District to open Household Hazardous Waste Collection Facility with safety protocols in place .
