- Used the Construction Specifications Institute format for
Technical Specifications.
- Added Sections for "new" materials and technologies:
• Directional Drilling -
• Pipe Bursting
• Cured In-Place Pipe
- Standard Drawings:
• Added several new drawings
• Reviewed, revised and updated all others
- Added an Approved Materials List (referenced extensively
in Specs).
- Received, evaluated and incorporated, where appropriate,
hundreds of peer and customer review comments.
