BAILEY, GENERAL MANAGER SUBJECT: RECEIVE UPDATE ON LARGE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS WITHIN CENTRAL SAN'S SERVICE AREA An important element of service planning for Central San is knowledge of large developments within the service area that would generate significant capacity fee revenue, as well as those that may require major infrastructure upgrades. Accompanying this memo are Area Maps indicating the locations of large development projects (more than 50 residences)that are either already within the service area or intend to be annexed to receive sanitary sewer service from Central San. These developments have either been approved by the local jurisdiction, but not built out, or are under consideration by a land use planning agency. At the bottom of the Detail Area Maps are project details keyed to the development locations on the maps. Staff will be available to provide additional information at the meeting and respond to questions.
