BAILEY, GENERAL MANAGER SUBJECT: RECEIVE UPDATE ON THE HIGHWAY4 INTERCHANGE PROJECT At the September 19, 2019 Board Meeting, the Board requested a staff report on the Highway 4 Interchange Project, including Central San utilities that are within CalTrans'jurisdiction, and dirt piles located on Central San's buffer property. The request was expanded at the October 15, 2019 Engineering and Operations Committee Meeting to discuss dust control and erosion control measures. Staff will review the attached presentation during the Board Meeting.
