BAILEY, GENERAL MANAGER SUBJECT: RECEIVE UPDATE ON THE HIGHWAY4 INTERCHANGE PROJECT At the September 19, 2019 Board Meeting, the Board requested a staff report on the Highway 4 Interchange Project, including Central San utilities that are within CalTrans'jurisdiction, and dirt piles located on Central San's buffer property. Staff will review the attached presentation during the meeting.
