ISSUE
A resolution of the Board of Directors is required to amend existing sanitary sewer easements that alter
conveyance of real estate property interest to Central San.
BACKGROUND
With Job 6630, located in San Ramon, the Developer, Aeonian Partners, LP, a California Limited
Partnership, redeveloped their property where Central San has a public sanitary sewer. As the easement
rights to this sewer were granted via an older subdivision map, staff requested the easement language be
upgraded to the current offer language. The Developer agreed, but requested that the current language

omit restricting existing and planned utilities within this well-established utility corridor. Staff agreed, and the
Developer signed the proposed easement amendment.
ALTERNATIVES/CONSIDERATIONS
The Board could decline to execute and record the easement amendment. This alternative is not
recommended since Central San would not have the most current easement language, except for
restricting existing and planned utilities, to the public sewer.
FINANCIAL IMPACTS
The easement amendment was acquired at no cost to Central San.
COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION
This item was not reviewed by a Board Committee.
RECOMMENDED BOARD ACTION
Adopt a resolution authorizing execution of an easement amendment from Aeonian Partners, LP, a
California Limited Partnership, as related to Job 6630, in San Ramon.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CENTRAL CONTRA COSTA SANITARY DISTRICT
TO AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF AN EASEMENT AMENDMENT
(SUBDIVISION 5967) AS RELATED TO JOB 6630
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of Central Contra Costa Sanitary District
(Central San) as follows:
THAT Central San, hereby, authorizes the execution of a document titled "Amendment
to Sanitary Sewer Easement (Subdivision 5967), APN 213-133-063", as signed on
May 10, 2019 by Aeonian Partners, LP, a California Limited Partnership, current
property owner at the time of the amendment was signed; and
THAT staff is authorized to record the documents with the Contra Costa County
Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of October, 2019, by the Board of Directors of
