BAILEY, GENERAL MANAGER SUBJECT: APPROVE PROPOSED BOARD CALENDAR FOR 2020 Attached is the draft Board Calendar for 2020. Please note the following highlights: In January and February there will only be 1 (one) Regular scheduled Board Meeting with a Special Board Workshop scheduled in each month. February 11: (Tuesday): Board Self-Evaluation Workshop (tentatively noon to 4:00 p.m.) March 12: (Thursday): Financial Planning Workshop (tentatively noon to 4:00 p.m.) April 16: Board Meeting — Public hearing to consider Fiscal Year 2020-21 Sewer Service Charge (SSC) (4 affirmative votes required) June 4: Board Meeting — Public hearings to: • Adopt District Budget • Adopt ordinances establishing Environmental and Development Related Fees and Charges, and Capacity Fees and Charges (4 affirmative votes required) July 23: Board Meeting —Authorize placing SSC on tax roll (4 affirmative votes required) ATTACHMENTS: 1.
