Regulatory Compliance: Annual update on Regulatory Compliance December 16, 2019

Use of Buffer Properties: Discuss lease and use of District owned
buffer properties, including possible development of a Board policy for TBD
prioritization of criteria, and updates on the following: 1) Regional
Solids Handling, and 2) Solar Project
SB100: Update on how SB100 regarding renewable energy will affect TBD
Central San
Isle Inc: Update on whether anything has come from Central San's TBD
membership in this organization (it's a technology assessment group)
Exfiltration of Sewer Lines: Information on comprehensive study of
15 agencies in Southern California regarding the exfiltration of sewer TBD
lines
AB 1668/SB 606: Update on per capita consumption and how it TBD
affects the District relative to recycled water
Vactor Truck: Hold further discussion re potential Vactor truck for
use by hydro cleaning crews in the Collection System Operations TBD
Division to reduce use of potable water
Power Savings: Provide the Committee with an update on the power TBD
savings link and performance of existing solar arrays
