HR Report- Second Quarter 2019 July 25, 2019 Special Board Meeting Agenda Packet- Page 57 of 72 Page 2 of 4 ATTACHMENT 1 Board Meeting of July 25, 2019 General Manager Written Announcements CONTRACTS & AGREEMENTS— QUARTERLY UPDATE 1) General Manager Authorized Contracts, Agreements, Etc. - Second Quarter 2019 The Board has delegated various authorities to the General Manager via Board Policy No. BP 037 — Delegation of Authority to General Manager, including the authority to enter into certain agreements and contracts on behalf of the District. Additionally, the Board has requested an announcement when construction projects have been accepted, which occurs when the Notice of Completion is recorded with the County Recorder's Office. Also, the Board has requested notification of certain legal claim settlements.
