San's service area
WHAT IS A RV TRAILER Dump STATION?
• A dump station is where raw sewage enters the sanitary sewer
system in a safe and responsible way.
• Dump stations are used by owners of motorhomes, campervans,
recreational vehicles or boats that are equipped with a sewage
holding tank, also known as a blackwater holding tank. The holding
tank can be safely emptied at a RV / trailer dump station.
• Greywater holding tanks can also be emptied at a dump station.
• Dump station owners may charge a fee or allow free service.

RV / TRAILER DUMPING STATION BENEFITS FOR
CENTRAL SAN CUSTOMERS
• Discourages illegal dumping and good for
the environment.
• Great option for residents that live in areas
that are difficult to discharge RV waste at
home (ex. sewers in backyard easements
which have long distances or elevation
conflicts with driveways to cleanouts).
• Promotes recycled water and other
Central San services.
• If free, can save residents costs.
