SUBJECT: EMPLOYEE TOTAL COMPENSATION TEMPLATE
Staff is recommending that the District provide all employees with an annual total
compensation report in order to ensure that all employees understand the total value
of their employment to the District in monetary terms.
Attached is a template, for your review and discussion, listing out all items of
compensation and will be customized for individual employees.
I will be available to answer any questions or provide clarification during the
meeting.
