SUBJECT: RECEIVE UPDATE ON THE ASSET MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
The Asset Management group has accomplished various tasks in the last few months to optimize the
lifecycle of assets and deliver high quality and reliable services. The attached short presentation will
provide an update on some of the tasks that the Asset Management group has performed.

Boiler(WHB), it has been more than five years since the condition
assessment of the WHB has been performed.
Background: WHB recovers energy from Multiple Hearth Furnace#1
and it is one of the backbones of Central San's current steam system. `
