BAILEY, GENERAL MANAGER SUBJECT: APPROVE DRAFT BOARD CALENDAR FOR 2019 Attached is the draft Board Calendar for 2019. Please note the following highlights: January 15 (Tuesday): Financial Planning Workshop (tentatively noon to 4:00 p.m.) January 31: Board Meeting (there will be only one Regular meeting in February due to the conference schedule) February 11 (Monday): Board Self-Evaluation Workshop (tentatively noon to 4:00 p.m.) April 18: Board Meeting — Public hearing to adopt Sewer Service Charges (SSC) (4 affirmative votes required) June 6: Board Meeting — Public hearings to: • Adopt District Budget • Adopt ordinances establishing Environmental and Development Related Fees and Charges, and Capacity Fees and Charges (4 affirmative votes required) In July, the Board meetings will be held on the second and fourth Thursdays because the 4th of July holiday falls on the first Thursday of the month.
