SUBJECT: RECEIVE REPORT ON EMPLOYEE TURNOVER RATES FOR FY2017-18
Attached are two charts outlining Central San's turnover rates:
1)The FY 2017-18 turnover rates from Central San and selected sister agencies, including a comparison
of Central San's rates to the means and medians.
2)A bar graph showing trends over the last four fiscal years, comparing Central San's turnover rates (both
total and excluding retirements)with the same figures from other agencies.
Staff will be available at the Committee meeting to answer any questions.
