We perform regular maintenance on our system and wish to avoid conflicts. A call into our dispatch (925-933-0990 or 0955) during our working hours (6:30am — 3:00pm) will suffice. Regarding the video files, please provide for any defect rating of 4-5. In other words if you find significant defects then alert us right away. Below is a description of the insurance requirements."
