BAILEY, GENERAL MANAGER SUBJECT: INFORMATION REQUESTED ON KIEWIT FUTURE FARM PROPOSAL At the December 19, 2017 Finance Committee meeting, the Committee members inquired about the items included in the $261,000 expenses associated with OM080 — Kiewit Future Farm Proposal (CoCo Farm); specifically, whether the costs are solely attributable to the Farm, or whether other items such as permitting costs were included. Danea Gemmell, Planning and Development Services Division Manager, has advised that expenses associated with OM080 have been tracked going back to 2013. They include direct permitting costs for the land use permit in the amount of $5,772. They include maintenance work for the erosion control that was required for the Clean Fill Project, which totaled $20,500.
