AGREEMENT CALLS FOR CITY TO ACQUIRE

"All public sewers, including outfall, and related land
easements and all other sewer facilities shall be
transferred from City to District by formal appropriate
documents upon the completion of the annexation
herein contemplated. Citi warraims that among the
facilities to be transferred will be sufficient
easements aecessar)� to operate and maintain
the entire sewer system being transferred by this
agreement and, in the event that it later appears the
City did not possess all such necessary easements,
the same will be acquired by District but at the cost
of the said City and thereafter retained by District
without cost to said District."
