Subject: Reimbursement Account 2475
Mr. Burkhardt:
I believe you spoke with Nancy Parker in my office earlier this week about your reimbursement account. She told me
about the conversation, and I have looked into the situation with your account.
The District cannot 'swap'the parcels owned by ivy in order to collect a reimbursement fee on your behalf. I know this
the current owner owns it, and therefore, you will not collect a reimbursement from it. I'm sorry, but District Code
clearly specifies that a parcel must make a physical connection to the mainline extension in order to collect a
reimbursement fee, and the parcel at 2 Hilferd simply cannot make a physical connection to Job 2475 due to location
and topography.
