quitclaim deed to convey or remove any real estate interest to or f rom C entral S an, and to record thos e

T he current owners of the property located at 3378 D eer Hill R oad in L af ayette want to rebuild and expand
their garage. To accommodate this, C entral S an will need to relocate its 10-f oot existing easement to a
new alignment. C urrently C entral S an’s sewer line is not centered within the current easement and runs
along the northern boundary of the current eas ement. T he new proposed 10-f oot easement would plac e
C entral S an’s s ewer line at the center line of the easement and outside of the building f ootprint.

T he property owners have paid $1,555 in c os ts and f ees associated with processing the new sanitary
sewer easement and quitclaim deed.

RESOLUTION NO. 2017-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CENTRAL CONTRA COSTA SANITARY DISTRICT
ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District
(Central San) as follows:
THAT the District hereby accepts a Grant of Easement dated ______, 2017, from the
following property owners:
Martha Manzone and Gianni Manzone, wife and husband, as community property with right
of survivorship, and Enrique Rodriquez, a married man as his sole and separate property
3378 Deer Hill Road, Lafayette (APN: 232-130-059)
THAT staff is authorized to record the document in the office of the Recorder of Contra Costa
County.

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION AND RECORDING OF A
QUITCLAIM DEED-EASEMENT TO MARTHA MANZONE, GIANNI MANZONE AND
ENRIQUE RODRIQUEZ3378 DEER HILL ROAD, LAFAYETTE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary
District (Central San) as follows:
THAT the District hereby consents to the execution of a “QUITCLAIM DEED-
EASEMENT” to Martha Manzone and Gianni Manzone, wif e and husband, as
community property with right of survivorship, and Enrique Rodriquez, a married man as
his sole and separate property, Parcel 4A, dated July 20, 2017;
THAT the President of the Board of Directors and the Secretary of the District are
hereby authorized to execute said document for and on behalf of Central San; and
THAT staff is authorized to record said document in the office of the Recorder of Contra
Costa County.
