1. Roll Call
2. Appoint Secretary Pro Tem
3. Reading of previous Minutes.

Open bids for Construction of L.I.D. No. 1, refer to Engineer for
tabulation and recommendation.
3. Appoint Right of way agent for L.I.D. 8 (walnut Creek East) and
L.I.D. 10 (Lower Orinda)
6. Consider policy for future annexations to District.

7. Consider annexation of the Hansen property. This is the Sherman
Field property, for a portion of which Mr. Mascorella had requested ak
a connection to the Main Trunk Line, and was denied connection by (,
motion of the Board.
8. Letters to the Board include:
J. T. Lucas re truck bids.

G. W. Miller - Las Gascadas Road.
John Perry - requesting damages for ease ent

9. Authorize acceptance of Section III, # ai Trunk Sewer, and f itinE

10. Letter from District Attorney regarding septic tank inspections,
which was held over from last meeting for further consideration.
11. Mr. Lynn requested a copy of notes taken at the meeting of : ov, 23.
Mr. Brailsford advised that 1 shoulc. have a motion recorded in the
Minutes, or a warrant from he Grand Jury before sending him a copy.

12. Pay Bills. (List of bills attached)
13. Mr. Carter, who has been auditing our books for the Grand Jury told
Mrs. Phillips that he was going to strongly recoumend that the District
have _the permits serially numbered. Perh s the District Board would

14. The bill for the bronze tablet is still be ng held pending advice
from the Board as to t*ho is 'o ing to pay it.
15. Authorize purchase of tracing cabinets. Quotation from Dietzgen
for one complete section amounts to x,256.00 plus tax.
16. For future changes reaue t ed by property owners, involving surveys,
and deeds for joint sewer installations, it is recommended that a
chp rge be made for the time District employees spent in preparing
the easement papers. Approximate time involved is four ems 1 oye e s,
two days.
