Find that the Project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); 2. Award a construction contract in the amount of$3,288,000 for the construction of the Lafayette Sewer Renovations, Phase 11, District Project 8430, to K.J. Woods Construction, Inc., the lowest responsive and responsible bidder; and 3.
