SUBJECT: INFORMATION REQUESTED ON PURCHASING CARD AGENDA ITEM At the November 28, 2016 Finance Committee meeting, the Committee requested additional information. Below is staff's response: Item a. Review P-card Statement Disney Resorts The charge in the amount of $215.28 to Disney Resorts was for staff to attend a Sungard conference where one-nights hotel room deposit was required up front. The Central San travel policy requires travel arrangements to be made by the department administrative support staff. The reservation was made one day early which will be deducted against the reimbursable expenses. The attendee is on the Sungard Conference Agenda Committee and Central San will be reimbursed for the participant's registration fee. TV:slc
