Easements: Receive report on status of District -wide easements,
including funding alternatives
Discussion on the implementation plan to meet the Strategic Plan goal
of 15 miles of pipeline per year
Business Case Analysis: Discuss staff's process in determining the
priority of District Projects
Design -build evaluation and identification of potential projects,
including alternative delivery methods
